Educational Requirements: The incumbent should be a graduate with good academic record from a recognised university with at least two years cumulative experience during the last ten years in Personnel Management/Human Resources at a senior level in an organization of repute.
Qualifications: Persons with MBA, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or Business Administration with Personnel Management / Industrial Relations as an elective subject from a recognised university or Institute of Management.
Experience Requirements: Degree in Law or Industrial Engineering will have an added advantage.
