Educational Requirements: Full Time Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Indian University / Institute with not less than 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST).
Qualifications: Candidate should have certificate either on civil/structural/architecture licence and should have knowledge of regulatory norms.
Experience Requirements: Minimum experience of 5-10 years as on 30th April, 2015 in Building maintenance and house keeping, Maintenance of raw water, floor hygiene, structural, rain water, storm water lines and environmental issues.

General Instructions: Engagement will be on Full Time basis. o Job is purely on contract basis and does not carry any liability on PII, Coonoor for regular appointment at any stage. o The tenure with PII, Coonoor will be for one year from date of joining, unless extended for further period on the same terms and conditions. Contractual engagement may be terminated by the Institute any time at its sole discretion without assigning any reason if the performance / conduct is found unsatisfactory. The candidate shall be required to serve a notice of one month before leaving the job in between the period of its engagement. o Any misrepresentation or concealment of fact or submission of false information on the part of any applicant shall render him/her ineligible/disqualified. o No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview and joining duties. o Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification. o The above engagement will not confer any claim as of right or otherwise for consideration for regular employment in the Institute
