Qualification:- Applicants must have Bachelor’s Degree in Arts /Science or Commerce from a recognized College and Degree/Diploma from a recognized University in Industrial Relations & personnel Management /Labour Welfare/Labour laws/MBA with Specialization in HRD ) /Human Resource management and Must have passed HSC or equivalent examination with Odia as one of the subject or must have passed examination in Odia equivalent to M.E standard.

Age Limit: Applicants’ age must be between 21 years and 32 years. Age will be reckoned as on 01-01-2012.
Salary: Rs 9300-34800
Submission Fee : Candidates need to pay submission fee of Rs. 100/- in form of treasury Challan under the Head of Account ’0051-PSC-104-UPSC/SSC-examination fees-0047-fees collected for conducting examination-02041-examination-fee’. SC/ST applicants are exempted from payment of fee.
