Pay Scale: Appointments will be on contract basis for an initial period of one year, further extendable based on satisfactory performance. Selected candidate will be placed on a consolidated monthly salary of Rs.35,000/- per month. Candidates with considerable prior experience in research work/methodology could be considered for higher payment.
Educational Requirements: MBA with specialization in HR/OB preferred
Qualifications: MA with Social Psychology/Psychology
Desired Skills: 1. Good oral and written fluency of English, Hindi and Marathi 2. Familiar with Word-processing and Data Analysis Software (e.g. SAS, SPSS) 3. Candidates currently pursuing Ph.D. Education or planning to do Ph.D in OB/HRM may have distinct suitability for this position 4. High Degree of English Proficiency is very necessary
